Usually not. ARSA connects to ONVIF and RTSP IP cameras you already run, from 2 MP upward. What governs whether a camera works is distance, not sensor size: a 2 MP camera does vehicle counting to 24.9 m and intrusion detection to 23.6 m, but helmet detection only to 6.3 m. A Camera Design Review returns a pass or fail for every position before you commit.

Where visa conditions prevent ARSA engineers travelling, installation is carried out by a qualified local partner under ARSA supervision.
