Software Questions
How do I aggregate counts across many stores?
One deployment covers every store whose cameras route back to it. Counts are aggregated automatically and available per store, per region, or chain-wide.
Is licensing per store or per camera?
Per camera. A store with two counted entrances and one queue zone is three licences.
How long is footfall data retained?
As long as you configure. The data is on your servers; ARSA does not hold it.
Does it identify individual shoppers?
No. This module counts and tracks anonymous shapes. No face templates are created and returning individuals cannot be recognised.
