Will it work in a dusty or high-vibration environment?
Yes, the AI Box is designed to be mounted inside your existing industrial enclosures. The operational envelope of the standard unit handles typical plant floor conditions, but if your site requires specific ingress protection (e.g., IP66 or IK08), please specify this during the assessment.
Can it detect forklift and pedestrian proximity?
Yes. The system can be configured with specific interaction rules to flag when a pedestrian class bounding box enters the defined proximity radius of a forklift class bounding box within a designated zone.
Can we export PPE compliance data for HSE reporting?
Yes. Every event is logged with timestamp, camera, zone, and detection class, and exports as CSV for regulator and insurer review.
What happens to detection accuracy when the line layout changes?
Zones are reconfigured through the interface without retraining. Where the change is material, new equipment, different sightlines, the support term covers model tuning.
Can we start with one production line?
Yes. A three-camera AI Box Mini covers a single line or gate: $1,890 for the appliance plus $135 per month in Safety Guard licences, or $4,050 to buy those licences outright.
