They are list prices. Volume, multi-site, and multi-year commitments are discounted at ARSA’s discretion. Configuration-dependent items such as air-gapped deployment, custom detection classes, and turnkey implementation are quoted after scoping.

It does. The appliance is always purchased outright, so the price is published: $1,890 for the Mini and $10,900 for the Server. What varies is how the analytics are licensed on top of it, perpetually or by subscription. The appliance price includes the configured unit, mounting hardware, local dashboard, remote setup, and a 12-month warranty.

Buying the software. A 25-camera Safety Guard deployment on subscription costs $10,900 for the appliance plus $13,500 per year, reaching $78,400 over five years. Buying the licences instead costs $10,900 plus $33,750 once, plus optional maintenance at $6,075 per year, reaching $68,950. The crossover falls in year five. Subscription costs less to start and carries no capital commitment on the licences.

Under subscription, model updates and support are included for the term. Under a perpetual licence they come from the optional annual maintenance at 18% of licence value. A perpetual licence keeps working without maintenance, but it stops receiving model updates and carries no support commitment, which matters more than it sounds: detection accuracy drifts as a site changes.

Hardware warranty is separate from both. Twelve months is included with every appliance, extendable for years two and three.

Yes, and the appliance never has to be repurchased because you already own it. Subscription payments made in the first twelve months are creditable against a perpetual licence purchase for the same cameras.

Run one Docker command. Free for 14 days, limited to 100 enrolled identities and 50 API calls per hour. The demo requires an internet connection to validate its key. The licensed product does not, and runs fully offline.

Because it is a system. The price covers the appliance, the hardened operating system, the models, the workflow engine, the ERP connectors, and three years of support and model updates. Pricing the hardware separately would misrepresent what you receive and what we maintain.

Modules are priced by the operational value they carry, not by compute cost. PPE and restricted-zone detection carries regulatory and injury-cost consequences that footfall counting does not, and the market prices those categories differently.

Yes. The self-hosted software runs on any server with Docker and a CUDA-capable GPU. The AI Box exists for sites that do not have that infrastructure or do not want to maintain it.

Yes, for every product except the Self-Check Health Kiosk. Prices are international list in USD. Invoicing is available in USD and EUR. Duty, VAT, and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility.
