RATIONALE

Why Self-Hosted Software Rather Than AI Box Appliance

No Hardware Dependency

Deploy on servers you already own. No appliance purchase, no per-site device to ship, mount, and maintain.

Full Data Ownership

Streams, inference results, and metadata stay inside your infrastructure, on hardware you control.

Flexible Deployment

Run on bare metal, virtual machines, or containerized environments aligned with your IT strategy.

Centralized Processing

Analyse many sites from one location instead of shipping a device to each of them.

Scalable by Design

Add capacity by assigning compute, not by procuring, shipping, and installing new units.

Integration Ready

Integrate using REST API with existing dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines.

CAPABILITY

Four Modules

Recorded on a working deployment. For the interactive version, open the live demo portal.

Perpetual licences suit capital-budget and government buyers who cannot sign a subscription. Maintenance is 18% of licence value per year, optional, and covers model updates and support. A perpetual licence keeps working without it.

Questions

AI Software Questions

What GPU do I need for ten camera streams?

A single 6 GB CUDA-capable GPU of roughly 5 TFLOPS FP32 class handles two to three streams. Ten streams needs proportionally more GPU memory and compute. Exact sizing depends on resolution, frame rate, and which modules are enabled. Request a sizing sheet with your stream profile.

Can I run this on a virtual machine or in Kubernetes?

Yes. The platform ships as Docker containers and runs on bare metal, virtual machines with GPU passthrough, and container orchestration platforms. Any operating system that runs Docker is supported.

Is the software licensed per camera or per module?

Both. A licence covers one camera running one module.

Does the software work without an internet connection?

Yes. Detection, alerting, dashboard, and export all run offline. Air-gapped deployments use offline licence activation and offline model update packages.

Which video codecs and camera protocols are supported?

ONVIF and RTSP camera sources. H.264 is the recommended codec. Full camera and network requirements.

Can I move a licence between servers?

Yes. Subscription licences are reassignable at any time. Perpetual licences are reassignable on request, including to replacement hardware after a failure.

Runs on the servers you already own

From $29 per camera per month. Four-camera minimum. No hardware purchase, no appliance to ship.
