Why Most AI Projects Do Not Reach Production
A model that performs on a benchmark does not automatically perform on your factory floor at 6am in poor light. Most failed projects fail for reasons that have nothing to do with the model: cameras in the wrong position, no integration path into the systems operators actually use, and no plan for who maintains accuracy after handover.
We charge for the assessment that establishes those things before anyone writes code, and we will tell you when a project is not worth building.

The feasibility assessment fee is deducted from the project fee if you contract within 90 days. Each stage carries forward into the next; nothing is repeated and nothing is rebuilt.

Choose based on how you plan to deploy and operate the system.
What does the feasibility assessment produce?
A written operational diagnosis, a technical feasibility judgement against your actual site conditions, a cost model, and a go or no-go recommendation. Two weeks. If the answer is no, you get the reasoning and you have saved a project budget.
Is the assessment fee deducted from the project?
Yes, in full, if you contract within 90 days of delivery.
What does turnkey deployment include, and what does it exclude?
It includes survey, camera supply and installation, network design and build, the ARSA system, configuration, commissioning, staff training, and support. It excludes import duty, VAT, customs clearance, building works, and any permit your site requires.
Who installs the cameras and network outside Indonesia?
ARSA engineers where visa conditions permit. Where they do not, a qualified local partner under ARSA supervision, with ARSA retaining responsibility for commissioning and acceptance.
Can ARSA deploy on our infrastructure rather than yours?
Yes, and that is the default. Every ARSA product is designed to run on customer-owned infrastructure.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. Prices are international list in USD; invoicing is available in USD and EUR. Delivery outside Indonesia is either by travelling ARSA engineers or through a supervised local partner, depending on visa conditions.
